We Can refund payment for your ordered product or products only if you return them successfully within a week in a good manner and without break a seal so that we can sale them again. For all refunds, we will deduct Rs. 500.00 from the total amount we received for your order after taxes or other fees levied by payment processing partners.

 

There will be will be no refund especially if the products are returned by customer after a gap of 15 days from the date of parcel delivered to customer or because of a failed delivery attempt and the package is returned. Although we can resend it for a nominal cost of courier.

 

Cancellation duration and refund mode and duration (orders can be canceled within 1 hour of order placing. And in such cases refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working days)

Cancellation Policy

Felixoveda believes in helping its customers as far as possible and therefore, has a liberal Cancellation Policy. Under this policy, cancellations will be considered only if the shipment has not been dispatched for the order placed with us via our website i.e. Felixoveda.com(“Website”). Once the shipment has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or a transaction that defies the terms and conditions of using the Website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders with/ without providing any notification to you.

Cancellation before shipment

If the order or the product that you want has not yet been shipped, you can write to our customer support on support@felixoveda.com or call us on 1234567890 (Monday to Saturday), 9 AM to 9 PM for cancelling your order.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 2 – 5 days, after the cancellation request is processed.

Please note that once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, your order cannot be cancelled.
